Sponsorship for Madhubani Literature Festival 2021

After the successful completion of three editions of Madhubani Literature Festival , a flagship program of Centre for Studies of Tradition and Systems ( CSTS ) ,Madhubani Literature Festival (12-15 Dec, 2021) will be held at Darbhanga ,Bihar, a profound historical and cultural seat to convey the core value of the body politic known as Mithila. The fundamental idea of the festival is to entwine the cultural, architectural, philosophical and literary aspects along with the idea to ‘celebrate the local.’ Started in 2018 the fest had support of SahityaAkademi, IGNCA and GSDS, New Delhi. This year MLF have collaborated with Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University , India Foundation , Mithila Art and various other renowned organizations for the 4th edition in which special attention has been given to Sita through different forms including “Vaidehi “ an International exhibition on Mithila Painting in which around 150 Avatars of Sita is being painted. Famous play write Padamshree Ram Gopal Bajaj with actress KanuPriya ShankarPandit will enact SIYA PIYA KATHA written by PadamshreeUshaKiran Khan, famous Maithali – Hindi author and play write . Veena C Seshadri , Internationally acclaimed Bharatnatyam exponent will be performing a SITA Ballad based on four Ramayanas. Shri Ram Madhav, author and thinker will be special guest of honor. Arif Mohammad Khan, Honorable Governor, Kerala and scholars and dignitaries from Nepal and Sri Lanka are expected to grace the occasion .

Terms and Conditions for sponsorship for Madhubani Literature Festival, 2021

  • All branding materials in the actual form for display will be provided by the sponsor as per the condition mentioned above. The duty of MLF will be only to display at the venue or on the social media as per the condition.
  • The request for sponsorship can be sent by mail to csts.ind@gmail.com till 31st October, 2021. The request for sponsorship can also be sent by whatsApp on 9310076271.
  • The selection of the sponsors will be done on first come first serve basis provided it is falling under the policies and standards of MLF.
  • If selected then sponsor will have to transfer the full sponsorship fee directly to CSTS bank account before 10th of November,2021 for final confirmation.
  • After payment confirmation, the display material in actual should be sent by the sponsor directly to the address provided by MLF on or before 30th of November.
  • If sponsor wants to cancel the sponsorship after doing the payment, it can be done only within seven days of the payment done including the day of payment. In case of any cancellation 75% of the payment will be refunded to the sponsor within one month of the cancellation of sponsorship for MLF, 2021. If cancellation of sponsorship is done by the sponsor after seven days including the day of payment, no amount will be refunded.
  • If CSTS / MLF cancel the sponsorship then full amount of the payment done by the sponsor will be refunded within 15 days of the cancellation.
